Most places, a broken tank simply gets fixed. Loganville adds a check. Its development regulations say no septic tank is allowed where public sewer is available, and the city's utility department is the one that decides availability.↗
The city's 81 miles of sewer stay inside the corporate limits. So a failing system on an unsewered street, or anywhere outside the limits, is a normal repair. A failing system with a main out front may be a connection job instead. We ask the utility before we quote.↗
