Georgia Power's rules for Lake Sinclair are blunt about priorities. New houses go outside the project boundary and at least 75 feet from the shoreline, and if the septic system cannot fit on the leased lot as well, it is the house that gets redesigned.↗
That makes the septic layout a design input, not an afterthought. We look at where the field and its repair area can go first, then the house plan can use what is left.
Clearing is regulated too. Trees on Georgia Power land come down only with its permission, and septic installation is one of the reasons it will consider.↗
